The calm atmosphere stood out, especially for a hotel in a central part of Noida. In-house dining was prompt, the food was fresh and flavorful, and room service was quick and attentive. I stayed at Hotel Noida Grand on a recent trip, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were courteous, professional, and very helpful from check-in. My room was spacious, well designed, spotless, and had modern amenities, including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a functional workspace. I’d gladly return and recommend it to friends and colleagues, whether they’re traveling for business or leisure.

The hotel is at a well-known landmark, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were supportive. I wasn’t happy with the room I got, though. It seemed used and hadn’t been cleaned, including the washroom. There was no bucket or mug in the bathroom, and when I asked housekeeping, the person brought me a dirty, unclean bucket. I hope the quality improves. I’ll check in at night.

We booked 25 rooms, and none of it was good. The rooms were in very poor condition, smelling foul from seepage on the walls. Washrooms weren’t maintained, mattresses were awful, and the intercom didn’t work. Staff were rude too. The whole experience was the worst.

The rooms were dirty, so we won’t stay there. I’d booked Hotel Noida Grand through booking.com, but when we arrived, we found out the name had changed and breakfast wasn’t included. Before that, we couldn’t find any hotel with the booked name, and nobody answered the number provided. The listing information was wrong.

We had a brilliant weekend getaway and I’d definitely stay again. Vinit was helpful, and the food and service were excellent. Breakfast was good, with Indian, continental, and other choices. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. It was a pleasure staying at this brand new property, fab hotel f9 121.
