We had to stay because we were in town for an interview, and paid 1000 rs for an unhygienic room with a dirty washroom. The AC window was broken, and they couldn't even give us a lock and key to secure the room when we went out. The service was pathetic. A big no to Oyo after this.

OYO support was no help, and the staff refused to refund me. The receptionist took my phone by force to open the booking and checked me in without my consent. Although I paid for AC, they put me in a poor room without it. The hotel was extremely dirty and unhygienic. This didn't feel safe or trustworthy. Don't book here.
