The breakfast was nice and the restaurant food was good. Staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms felt comfortable. Some parts of the hotel are dated and could use renovation, but that didn't spoil the stay. Sector 27 is a handy spot, near shopping, the metro, and restaurants, so getting around Noida was easy. A pleasant, affordable option if you want a convenient location.

I've never had this kind of hotel experience in Delhi before. They charged us 33 rs for a bottle of drinking water that actually costs 20 rs, and added it at checkout. There were snack packets too, and luckily my colleague and I didn't touch them, or we'd have had to pay for those as well. It's embarrassing to be charged extra like this when many hotels provide these things for free.

The cold breakfast buffet had no staff around to help or take feedback. When we ordered food, the kitchen staff argued over who would prepare it, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The lift wasn't working, and nobody had told us in advance. Cleanliness was poor throughout PK Residency, and staff were unprofessional and uncooperative, with proper service missing. On top of that, when someone gives an honest review, they blame the reviewer. This place doesn't meet basic hospitality standards. I don't recommend it and suggest management take corrective action immediately.

The location and service were fine, and the staff were polite. The food was good too. I booked through Agoda. Make sure to check that the room category you booked matches the one you've been given.
