Hotel Premium Inn

The food was unhygienic, and in the evenings both receptionists were drunk and making noise with loud music. One of them was named Sanjeev. I spent three days there and had to change rooms four times. Each time, he told me the next room would be in good condition, but one room had a broken AC, another had a geyser that didn't work, and none of the TVs worked. The washrooms were dirty and didn't even have basics like soap. When I asked for help, the receptionist blamed a shortage of staff. It was a pathetic experience. Don't go there, or your day will be ruined.

The shared areas looked clean, but my room felt dated and needed renovation, and the overall condition fell short. There was a persistent unpleasant smell, and nobody tried to freshen the air. I reported the broken TV on the first day, but it remained unfixed for my entire stay. Management should focus on keeping room facilities working and updating the interiors so future guests can have a more comfortable stay.

The in-house buffet was amazing, and the room coffee and tea service was great too. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I'd recommend everyone stay here at least once.

The room looked nothing like the one shown on their website, and it wasn't clean. The washroom was horrible, with filthy walls that made me feel disgusted using it. Even the toilet seat wasn't fixed. The worst experience ever, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
