You can walk to the metro station, which makes the location the best part. The room itself was good, with no problems. Staff seemed irresponsible, though, and I had to keep reminding them to deal with issues. The hotel kitchen was closed because, they said, no staff were available. Even when I asked for a spoon, they couldn’t provide one and just pointed to the kitchen. I wouldn’t come here with family.

I booked for early morning, but the caretaker wouldn’t show me another room and told me to cancel. Some rooms had no water supply, and another washroom was in very bad condition. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re on a tight schedule.

The room was okay, which was about the only decent part of my stay. The location was poor, with no eateries or shops nearby. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and the lights went out several times during the day. I had to call repeatedly about the outages. I also reported a broken toilet seat, but nothing was done. There were no toiletries apart from soap. The listing photos showed a kettle, but the hotel staff told me it had only been put there for the photoshoot. It took two hours to check in despite advance notice and my paying the early check-in fee. I called reception and OYO customer care 5-10 times for drinking water without getting any. When I finally went to reception, the receptionist was selling fake Bisleri bottles or offered tap water in dirty plastic bottles. Somehow the hotel staff posted a review on my behalf on booking.com, and I had to delete it from the backend. Extremely poor service overall.

The staff were courteous and made check-in and the stay easy, and the hotel is handy for public transport and major attractions. The rooms were clean, with modern amenities, and breakfast was included with a decent range of choices, though vegetarians could use more options. Wi-Fi was spotty at times. It’s good value, especially for families and business travelers.
