Hotel Warm Welcome Inn Noida Sector 26

The spring mattress left me with severe back pain the next morning. The bathroom also had a strong smoke smell, and the room itself smelled unpleasant. The bed condition and overall cleanliness and maintenance were extremely poor, while the so-called Deluxe Room felt more like a jail cell than a comfortable place to stay. After we complained, we were moved to a Deluxe Room with a balcony. Still, the first room had already made the stay a terrible experience. Management needs to improve hygiene, maintenance, and guest comfort.

There were noodles stuck on the wall, hairs on the bed and pillow, and food crumbs hidden under the bedsheet. I don't expect perfect cleanliness from a budget hotel, but this room hadn't even had the basics done. Very dirty, definitely not recommended.

The rooms are spacious, but there's no facilities to speak of. The bed and towel were dirty. Please don't stay here.

I stayed here on a work trip and found the location convenient, right opposite Kailash Hospital, with a metro station nearby. The staff were really nice, and the rooms clean and comfortable. The food was the one downside, and you can't order from outside restaurants. It was manageable, though, since there are plenty of places to eat nearby.
