Itsy Hotels Golden Vista

The location is the best part, right in a prominent spot in Noida City centre. My room was comfortable, had lots of amenities, and the washroom was clean and hygienic. Staff were polite, enthusiastic, and helpful, and I received amazing service. A good option if you're looking for accommodation.

This is a decent budget hotel and homestay in a housing colony, fine for a one- or two-day stay for bachelors, but I wouldn't choose it for a family. It wasn't well maintained, and the staff seemed a little untrained. The TV in my room was a real frustration: it wouldn't turn on with either the remote or the power button, so I had to call someone who knew how to get it working each time.

I was refused a refund after asking for one. They said that since I'd already checked in, their policy meant they couldn't return the amount. The whole experience felt very customer unfriendly. The room smelled bad, the bedsheets were awful, the corridors were untidy, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. The beds were small. The photos here are seriously misleading and don't show even 1% of what I found. Staff were rude too. The receptionist literally told me he was the owner and could speak however he liked. The room apparently costs around Rs 2000. I called their IV, spoke with experienced professionals, and was quoted 4000. They took 50% of that, 2000, as the initial booking amount. From the backend staff to the front desk, I felt defrauded and got no help at all. I hope others hear about this experience.

The staff were very cooperative, and when I asked, they even offered me homemade food, which was the icing on the cake. The hotel is near the metro station, in a beautiful locality, and works well for corporate travelers. They're also coming up with a banquet hall and conference hall for small functions. I had an awesome experience. God bless them, and keep it up. I'll visit again soon.
