The rooms were good, but the service was third-class. Even a small request meant waiting half an hour, and they couldn’t arrange a beer glass. At night neither the AC nor the fan worked. Calls to reception went unanswered, while payment reminders arrived on time. I came expecting luxurious rooms and better service, and staying here turned out to be a big mistake. The management is completely poor. When I arrived on time, they called to say my room was still being prepared and asked me to wait. After 20 minutes, they called again and told me to go up. The previous guests were still there and the room was a mess. I complained, but they just asked me to wait while staff got it ready. That’s the level of their management. If you’re planning to stay, please reconsider, the service is very poor.

I’d booked through the Agoda app eight days ahead, but when I got to the hotel at 3:00 pm, the room wasn’t ready. It should have been ready for check-in at 1:00 pm. Management service was very poor. There was leftover cake in the fridge, which was ridiculous. The shower had no hot water, the cupboard area was dusty, and the kettle was dirty. You have to walk 500 mtrs because a car can’t reach the nearest entrance area. On checkout day there was no breakfast because the chef was on leave. This was really unexpected drama from the hotel management.

Worst hotel in the area. They sell their name, not rooms. The room was filthy and unhygienic, the bed was ruined, and there were ants. Bathroom lights didn’t work, and the kitchen utensils were a complete disaster. There were no water bottles or glasses for guests. They also charge 200 for 24hrs of parking, and the security guards were rude and abusive.

I wish I could give this place zero. It doesn’t feel safe. They rent rooms by the hour, the linens are stained, and there are disturbing sounds and a cheap crowd. Why isn’t Noida police doing anything about this place?

The view earns three stars, and the rooms are decent enough. Service is the weak point. The room lock didn’t work, and the AC was out; we called reception several times, but they never brought an AC remote. Of the five lifts, only two go to the 30th floor, so going up or down can take at least 20-25 minutes.
