I stayed at FabHotel Merriment Alpha, Noida, for two days on an official visit. It was my first time in Delhi, and my budget was ₹1000 per night. I’d seen bad reviews of budget hotels, so I raised my budget a little, hoping for better service and safety. I still chose this place despite some negative comments, partly because of photos FabHotel customer service shared. After the stay, though, I can’t recommend it without major fixes. Room No. 204 was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed that could suit two or three people. The location on Maharaja Agrasen Road made it easy to reach transport and Sector 18 Metro. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, and the stay was peaceful with no disturbances. There was a TV with a DishTV Next setup box, and the rooftop had a nice skyline view. The basics were a letdown. WiFi didn’t work in my room, and Jio 5G barely worked either. I complained several times, but nothing changed, so I spent the stay without internet. The old AC didn’t cool the room properly, which was a real problem in peak summer. The bathroom tap also didn’t work right, and the pillow covers seemed unwashed. Breakfast was said to be included, but there was no breakfast service. The in-house kitchen food was poor and far too expensive. For example, ₹140 bought five small puris with aloo curry, so ordering from outside is a better option. The hotel had no proper nameplate or sign, which made it hard for delivery people and visitors to find. You often have to go outside to collect food. When it rains, water clogs up just outside the main gate, making it inconvenient to come and go. The rooms and location have potential, but management needs to sort out WiFi, AC, plumbing, cleanliness, and food quality. I’d check a room in person before booking, or look at other options. Hope this helps other travelers make an informed choice.

I booked through the Fab Hotels app and expected basic standards, but the stay was a total letdown. The room had flies, and the washroom was dirty and unhygienic. There was no Wi-Fi or mobile network, so I was completely disconnected. The kitchen wasn’t operating, and there wasn’t even tea or basic food available. Staff weren’t helpful, and the place looked poorly maintained. Breakfast was included in my booking, but none was provided, with no explanation or compensation. Avoid this place.

It feels like a home away from home. The chef cooks with love, using homely ingredients, and feels like a father. Room service has the gentle manner of your mother. Everything is neat and clean, which makes for a good, healthy stay. Book now!

This was my second booking with Fab Hotels, and giving them another chance turned out to be a huge mistake. I’ve never had a worse hotel stay. There was no proper sign, banner, or nameplate, so I had to check several times that I’d found the right place. The building looked abandoned, and the lifts weren’t working. The room was filthy, with dusty sheets, a rock-hard mattress that felt like wooden planks, and a constant damp, rotten smell from water leakage. In the bathroom, running water was unreliable, the taps barely worked, the jet spray had no pressure, and neither did the shower. The towels looked like dirty rags or used mops. The AC took almost an hour to cool, then barely worked, which was unacceptable in the heat. There was no breakfast in the morning as promised. The dinner was a tasteless, watery thali with half-cooked rice. The Wi-Fi signal was too weak to even open Google. I felt cheated both times I trusted Fab Hotels. Even a free stay at a 3-star hotel wouldn’t bring me back. I’ve lost all trust, and this was a waste of money, time, and energy. Stay far away from Fab Hotels. I’m amazed to see that one of my customers, onkar, posted the same review eight months ago, and six more users gave the same review in between. Fab hotel and owner are both just apologizing, with no improvement. Look at the owner and Fab hotel’s dedication and efficiency, and what those apologies mean to them. My apologies, I chose fab hotel.

The bed springs stuck into me throughout the stay, and the sheets were dirty and torn, with hairs on the bed. The bathroom was awful too, with old taps and a shower that didn’t work. Breakfast was just a sandwich, with no other options.
