For the low price, it’s a decent hotel, and the staff were courteous and helpful. My room and bathroom were okay, though cleanliness could be better and the bedsheets weren’t clean. I stayed one night and had to change rooms because the air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

Booking through oyo turned into a nightmare, and I won’t use oyo again. The room was filthy, with dust, dirt, and hair around, and the linen was untidy. The AC didn’t work at all, there was no charging point in the room, and the bath fittings were in bad shape. Pathetic experience.

The rooms were unclean and the ACs weren’t working, even though we were charged for AC rooms. Staff were uncooperative and accused us of not paying, which was completely untrue. This was one of my worst Oyo experiences. I don’t think the hotel deserves even one star.

The staff were cooperative, but the room was dirty, including the bed linen, blanket covers, pillowcases, and floors. The bathroom was just okay, with rusty taps. Breakfast was only four pieces of toast and a cup of tea.

I booked and paid in advance for a stay from the 17th to the 21st, then got a message from Oyo saying I’d checked out early. I called support, but each time they said they’d transfer me to a senior agent and asked me to wait. They never came back to the call. This happened three times, with waits of 15-20 minutes before they disconnected.
