Oyo 10663 Triage Home Stay

I couldn't sleep all night because there were so many mosquitoes. The bathroom was dirty, and even after I asked staff to clean it, they still didn't do a proper job. They took an hour and a half to get me a towel when I asked. The TV had no recharge and wouldn't work, and the AC was stuck on automatic with no remote. It showed 16 degrees but felt like 22. I wasn't comfortable at all, and the staff were unprofessional.

The bathroom had no tissues, and there were mosquitoes in the room, with no All out repellent provided. The flush wasn't working, and the drinking water bottle was very dirty, as shown in the attached picture. Breakfast still wasn't ready at 10 AM, even though I'd reminded them when checking in. Basic amenities weren't taken care of.

The walls were damp and unpainted, the taps were broken, and the TV didn't work or have a remote. Nothing seemed to work. Staff weren't supportive, and the food was awful. I ordered chilly chicken, but it was just orange in color and tasted terrible. The whole stay was a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

After the phone rang unanswered through several attempts at different times, I went up and down three floors. They gave me a first-floor room with lots of mosquitoes, so I returned to the room with the broken tube light, where only a yellow lamp worked. The bedsheet was dirty, and when I called the cell number, they didn't handle my request. They brought breakfast packed from a nearby place, not even on a plate. A very bad experience.
