The room looked nothing like the photos from my OYO booking. It was filthy and unhygienic, and the receptionist was very rude. The washroom was dirty and everything in it seemed broken. There were no toiletries, towels, or quilt in the room. The TV didn't work, and the fan was in very poor condition. I've never seen a room this dirty. Everything was in poor shape. If you're looking for a place in Noida, don't book this hotel.

The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the staff were helpful and cooperative. There are plenty of dhabas along the same lane outside, so food isn't a problem. Sector 15 metro station is close enough to walk to. It seemed like a good place for families and couples to stay.

The location near Noida Sector 15 metro station is a real plus, and the service was good. The room and bed could have been cleaner, though, and the TV wasn't working properly. A decent place to stay in Noida.

The AC stabilizer blew in the middle of the night, and nobody offered another arrangement. In the morning, the receptionist brushed it off as a technical issue that could happen anywhere and asked what he was supposed to do. I was shocked. I requested the Oyo Captain's number, but he wouldn't give it to me and said I should contact Oyo because he couldn't do anything. I had appointments the next day, so I couldn't deal with him then. The person at reception was also extremely rude and showed no respect. This was a terrible experience, and I won't return or recommend the place. I used to be very fond of the Oyo brand, but after this incident I think Oyo should reconsider listing this property. Booking proof was attached as an image.

The rooms were very dirty, and the bathroom was untidy too. There were rats and mosquitoes all over the room. Staff paid hardly any attention to what guests needed. I wouldn't recommend this place for families. A very poor experience.
