The room had a damp smell from seepage in the walls, and the AC didn't work. On top of that, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, demanding another ₹200-300 before allowing check-in even though my online booking was confirmed. The behavior was crude and unacceptable. I regret giving even one star. This feels like a complete scam, and I strongly advise others to avoid the hotel. Think carefully before booking.

There was no water in the morning, the shower didn't work, and the staff were very rude. The AC stopped in the middle of the night and only started again at 9 o'clock, with no service for the AC. The room was in bad shape, with insects on the floor and big cockroaches even on the bathroom door. At night it became horrible. I'm attaching images and videos. Avoid this place if you plan to stay one or more days. Maybe only body builders who can break their bones could handle that poor service.

The bathroom water smelled like it came from a drain. You couldn't wash your face or shower with it, and even entering the washroom was hard. We told them many times, but they never fixed it or provided good water. One of the worst hotel stays of my life. I strongly suggest never going there.

The rooms and washroom were dirty, and the staff were rude and had no idea how to treat customers. At checkout, the manager asked me to give a rating of 5. I said my experience meant I'd give 1 instead, and then he asked us to pay for complimentary water. That wasn't a big deal for us, but the way he behaved was. The pictures show good rooms, but we got dirty ones and were asked for money. When my bf questioned it, the manager said, "tu bahar aa," and he and my bf got into a major fight. A very bad experience. I'd tell people not to go.
