OYO 16992 Primrose Residency

We'd stayed here at least twice before and had a great, hospitable time, but this visit was the worst stay I've had anywhere. We booked four rooms for two days and checked out a day early because, despite repeated in-person confirmation, they failed to provide all our rooms. They also had no record of our booking, even though we'd confirmed it beforehand. Management had changed two montjs ago, they told us. The staff were unprofessional and inhospitable, outright rude. There wasn't a proper billing system either. The rooms had no keys, and staff would open the doors and walk in without knocking. There was no hot water or working geysers, and no coffee, tea, food, or even hot drinking water. Do not stay here, no matter what. I'd give it zero stars if I could. I just wanted to warn others.
