The biggest problem for me was bugs and cockroaches, usually near the bed. The room itself was plain and basic, with just a bed and TV, and the hotel looks much better from outside. Service was very good, with staff available around the clock to answer questions. WiFi was strong, which was a plus. The bathroom was clean, and the geyser worked, though the taps had an odd design that wasn't a big issue. Food wasn't up to the mark. Most dishes were fried and sometimes undercooked. I didn't try anything from the Indian menu, so can't comment on that. There's no restaurant, but you can order food to your room any time. Usual breakfast hours are 8:00-10:00am, and lunch and dinner go until 10:30pm. It's the only visible hotel in the area, so if you have business nearby for a day or two, it could do.

Customer service was good, with quick responses and friendly staff. The decorations were eye catching, and valet parking made the event feel complete. Things started and wrapped up on time. It's a great spot for a birthday, engagement, or other small function. A wedding would only make sense if it were a small "Love" marriage with a few people.

The decorations for my baby's first birthday on 3 February looked good, and I was pleased when I saw the setup. Things went downhill during the party: the waiters were watching the magician instead of bringing starters around to guests. The food wasn't very good either. One main dish had already lost its taste before dinner, but it was still served. Mr. Rajesh, the manager, was occupied with a future customer and didn't check the food. Good luck to anyone booking here next.
The food made the event a disappointment. We'd sampled it a few days before the party and liked it, but what they served at the function was very poor quality. Food is a big part of a celebration, and if it's bad, it can spoil the whole thing. I wouldn't recommend booking this venue if you don't want that to happen.
