The room door wouldn't shut properly, so much for the privacy Oyo talks about. The linen was covered in dirty marks, there was no water at night, and nobody was at reception when I tried to reach them, even in the morning. I had to ask several times for toilet paper and still didn't get any. I booked a 3X room but was given a 2X one. Everything from check-in to checkout was awful. I didn't expect this from Oyo. I'd rather sleep by the roadside than stay here.
