Oyo 42694 A P Residency

The room lock was broken and they didn't have room keys, so there was no security for our belongings. The geysers and toilet flush didn't work, and the bathroom ceiling leaked. Staff at the desk were rude. Wouldn't recommend it.

The room was very unpleasant and badly maintained. Water dripped down the bathroom walls, the bathroom was filthy and the flush didn't work. The power sockets were unusable, and the Wi-Fi listed in the amenities didn't work either.

I'd ask the partner app to ban this hotel immediately. The manager was rude and unprofessional. When I arrived, he refused to give me a room unless I paid an extra 300 rupees. I complained through the partner app, and then he agreed to give me one. The room was like a cowshed, with cockroaches and ants, and the bathroom was filthy and smelled awful. I complained, but they said nothing would be cleaned that day and it would be done tomorrow. I had an exam and wouldn't even be there, since I checked out at 7 am. The AC didn't work either. It was the worst experience I've had at a hotel. Don't go, even if it were free. There's no option for a negative rating, or I'd give one.

There was even a rat in the room, and the bathroom was filthy. We had no geyser, water, or even a cup of tea, and there were lighting problems in the area. At the entrance they said not to book online, though I had paid in cash too. The OYO room listing shows facilities that weren't there. I wouldn't choose this hotel and want a refund.
