OYO 61635 Gdd Kuteer

The staff were pleasant, but didn’t seem trained or professional. The rooms and bathrooms are very small, and there’s no wardrobe or table in the room. The linens weren’t clean, and daily room cleaning or fresh linens only happened if I asked. Breakfast was included, but I had to request it and then wait an hour. There was no choice as promised, and with no kitchen, hygiene was a concern. They served food on used plates and glasses, so I didn’t eat there. Wi-Fi wasn’t available in my first-floor room, and Airtel reception in the area was poor. I wouldn’t stay here longer than a day or two.

The owner was the best part of my three-day stay. He was kind and helpful. The hotel is in Sector-62’s main market, a little set back from the main road, and Noida Sector 62 metro station is only about 700m away.

The staff and owner were pleasant to talk to, but the room itself wasn’t great. There were lots of ants and cockroaches, and cleanliness was poor. It might be okay for 5-6 hours, but I wouldn’t want to stay there all day and night.

The room was in very good condition, and all the amenities worked. Service was very good too, with skilled staff who seemed to know their jobs. Five stars.
