OYO 709 Hotel Cross Winds

The washroom was clean, but the damaged sliding door and lack of a room lock were frustrating. I had to go out relying on CCTV surveillance. They also never brought towels, even after I called reception five or six times. The bedsheet and blanket were stained, the wall paint was dirty, and neither the geyser nor the exhaust fan worked. I waited 30 minutes in the waiting area because my room wasn't ready. Disappointing.

What stood out most was how kindly everyone treated guests. I spoke with both receptionists, the supervisors, room cleaner, food provider, and the owner, and they were all polite and kind. That's rare these days, and it was the main reason I gave five stars. Check-in was on time, the booking was confirmed within minutes and registered in the guest directory, and the rooms were spacious, neat, and clean. I ordered food from the details provided and found it worthwhile. Good wishes to Oyo Flagship and the team. I stayed from 6th to 9th Oct. I couldn't upload photos, but I'll upload them after my next visit.

Manager Manoj Tiwari's behavior is what made me write this feedback. I booked many Oyo properties, but this was the first Oyo hotel where I found hospitality like this. The room was neat and clean, and both times I called, I got service within two minutes. Really impressive customer care. Thank you so much, see you soon.

The rooms are good and affordable, and I loved the spacious washroom and its equipment. One thing, though: don't order food from Oyo Flagship if you're not rich.
