There was no staff around when I went to check out, and because some colony gates were closed, finding the place took a long detour. It’s inside a residential colony with no signboard anywhere. Staff were rude, and there wasn’t even an option for a cup of tea before 7 AM. The room was badly maintained, the toilet stank, and basic items like a tumbler were missing. I had to ask for the AC remote. Disgusting, dirty, and unhygienic describe it well. I booked through OYO Rooms and can’t understand why OYO included it. I also can’t upload the photos I took yesterday because the review section has no upload option.

Rats were running around the room, and the place had poor cleanliness and hygiene. The geyser didn’t work, and there was no staff available to complain to. The quilt was dirty, and the replacement was even worse. I booked four nights but cancelled after just one. When I asked a staff member for warm bath water, he only said, “Sorry Sir,” then ran off. This is the most pathetic place I’ve ever come across.

The property manager did pay attention to complaints, but I was completely disappointed with my stay at Hotel Raghav Residency, an OYO budget hotel in Noida where I stayed last week. Staff weren’t trained, breakfast didn’t arrive on time, and the room lighting and service were poor. They didn’t serve lunch or dinner, only tea, coffee, omelettes, and snacks. I hope the next stay is better.

A complete waste of money. There were used condoms on the floor, fungus coming out of the showers, dirty water, and used, dirty towels. There were no latches on the washroom doors. It was actually a boys PG, with no shops nearby and no signboard outside the building. I think the people posting good reviews are connected to the place, and that the reviews are fake. Worst hotel.
