Getting here at night can set off the dogs around the place, so plan for that if it bothers you. It's also quite a way from the metro. My room phone wire had been chewed through, and the walls were damp. The hospitality wasn't very cozy either, staff kept asking questions at every step. Since the phone didn't work, it was better to take any questions straight to reception.

The room wasn't clean, though the other staff were very polite. My experience was still bad because the receptionist, manju singh, was extremely rude and didn't know how to treat customers. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The room was dirty and smelled bad, nothing like the photos on the Oyo app or what I'd expect from a place called "Premium." They didn't provide water or glasses, so I had to ask for each separately. Pathetic hotel and service. I'd rather pay more for a 5 star property than book another room through oyo.

For the price, the service is good, and it's an okay place to hang out. Still, the rooms don't match the Oyo app photos, and calling this a flagship isn't true.

It's like a horror house. The place looks as if it hasn't been painted in years, the bedsheets are torn, the floor is dirty, and the shower doesn't work. No complimentary soap or toothpaste either. Pathetic.
