Apart from the washroom, nothing was good or clean. The lights were dim, the food wasn't good, and the AC didn't work properly. The rooms also looked nothing like the website images. My app showed room 301, but they gave us 302. We'd booked a bigger classic room, and when we asked the service boy about the category, he said those rooms weren't available. A very bad experience, actually the worst.

Easy to reach and conveniently located, this can work for a short business trip if you're looking for value. The rooms are large, with balconies and decent enough things, but don't expect top-notch service or facilities. Breakfast was bad. Also, staff tend to move hotel essentials between rooms. My TV set-top box was taken without my permission.

Service was fairly acceptable, and it's okay for an overnight stay. The interiors feel old-fashioned, with green curtains and dim lighting, and the place seemed a bit unhygienic.

The rooms and bathroom are large, and the bed was very comfortable. Amazing place, though the AC leaked a lot of water and drenched my bag.

The rooms are just okay, nothing especially good. Food is too expensive, and I don't understand why there's a Wi-Fi usage limit. After a while it says the limit has been exceeded.
