OYO Flagship 439 Krishna Living

The breakfast was nice and there was enough of it. The staff were generally kind and helpful, though room service was sometimes poor and took a long time to bring water. The wooden room floor was dusty, but the bathroom was clean enough despite missing tiles. The AC was okay. The hotel was fine, and my stay was comfortable.

The room smelled, the bed was untidy, and the washroom hadn't been cleaned. Breakfast came cold and wasn't presented properly. The staff were rude and uncooperative, and the manager didn't help us either. The pictures in the app and elsewhere make the place look much better than it is. My stay here with friends was really bad. This hotel doesn't even deserve one star.

The room itself was clean, and the morning buffet was freshly made, though the choices were limited. There was a geyser in the bathroom, and the staff were courteous. It's close to universities such as Amity University, about 650m away, which was useful for us. Still, for the price, the hotel is just okay. The room was good, but there were mosquitoes everywhere, including inside it. The bathroom was worse: it had no tiles, and the bin hadn't been emptied. There was some sort of liquid waste in it with lots of mosquitoes around it. We also had no table or chair, which was inconvenient. The location was bad. The road was undeveloped and full of holes, with piles of garbage nearby and a bad smell in the area.

I was new to Delhi and chose to eat dinner in my room instead of going out. The food was awesome, and I was pleased with the service. I had a great time here with my colleagues at the flagship. If you're coming to NOIDA for work or personal reasons, I'd recommend OYO FLAGSHIP as a place to stay. Hats off to the staff and their service.
