The hotel was in a terrible state, with rats inside and lizards around. One of my shifts was eaten by a rat during my stay. When I reported it to the hotel, they said there was nothing they could do. I then complained to OYO, but after 10 days they still had no solution, just “SORRY SIR.” The guest experience manager, Mr. MANISH, was rude on the call and ended it with “thanks for calling OYO, have a great day.” That was very unprofessional. I’d been using OYO for 6 years, but I won't use it again, and I'll tell my friends and family to choose Trivago instead. The hotel and its staff's service were both pathetic.

They charge far more than the actual rate, and service is poor. Couples are allowed. Bring your own water bottle, or they'll charge you 60 for one. Better to book with OYO.

I stayed two days, and none of this was working: the AC, heater, or TV connection to DTH. There was no remote either, the TV was just for show. No cleaning, no response. I waited from 8:00 pm to 12:00 pm and still got no help. Total waste of time. I've stayed in Bangalore and Chandigarh, and those hotels weren't like this useless place. I can't......

The location was bad, and they refused to let me check in because I didn't have a hard copy of my ID. I showed them my original eAadhar, which is fully valid, but they still turned me away. Oyo Flagship, please read the government instructions: eAadhaar is more valid than a hard copy. 😠

Avoid booking here. The rooms are horrible and so is the service. The rooms are dirty, even though they're labelled “nice rooms,” and you won't get even basic room service. The worst OYO place.
