The rooms are spacious, but not clean, and the free breakfast wasn't good. The restaurant staff were helpful and nice, though. At reception, people were unfriendly and unwilling to help. The walls are so thin you can hear everything on the floor, including loud room parties that went on until 3-4 AM. I spoke to reception and called repeatedly, but although staff promised to deal with the noise, nothing changed. I had to handle it myself. The manager wouldn't answer when I called to escalate it, and when I finally reached him at the hotel he was rude and unapologetic. The lies were enough to make me check out early. The constant marijuana smell in the hallway didn't help either. I can't recommend the place.

I spent 14 days here on a work stay arranged by my office, and it suited a work visit to the city. The atmosphere was peaceful for working and relaxing, and the staff were supportive and well behaved. The rooms were well kept with adequate cleaning, though the lifts were very slow and involved a lot of waiting. The restaurant, The Curry Hut, had really amazing food, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Room service was exceptionally poor, and dinner arrived late and tasted quite bad. I felt the hotel was trying to get as much money from guests as it could, charging even for basic things. I wouldn't want to come back. The rooms were clean and everything in them worked, which is why I gave three stars. The AC was wonderful, the beds clean and soft, and the room had enough space for three people.

I stayed three days, but after the first day I couldn't eat at the restaurant because the food preparation quality was poor, so I had to find options nearby. The lift also needs better control and either repairs or replacement. The rooms and washrooms were clean, with just the necessary accessories.

The staff are on top of things without needing reminders, and their service is very good. This seems like a good venue for family functions, with two halls, one for about 30 people and another for 50 or more. I still think the food could be improved.
