There was no value for money here, and the trouble began at check-in. They first asked for full payment upfront, then agreed to 50 percent. When I agreed to pay, their machines stopped accepting cards. After that I was allowed to check in and go to my room. OYO should be avoided completely. They don't seem to understand basic hotel standards and aren't even close to budget hotels. The room was terribly small, with no luggage rack, so I had to empty a bedside table to put my luggage there. There was a huge spider web in one corner. No tea or coffee making setup, no laundry service, and people staying longer have to arrange their own clothes washing. The walls didn't reach the ceiling, and there were glass panes facing the gallery. Tall curtains blocked some of the gallery light, but a lot still came into the room. The curtains were stained and dirty too. They hadn't put out any towels. When I asked, they sent a bath towel, but no face or hand towel, and no shampoo. The shower console's knob head was broken off, and the WC wasn't cleaned daily. Breakfast is best avoided. A big room with a few chairs and tables thrown in doesn't make a restaurant. The food was served completely cold, with no fuel under the pans to keep it hot. They served no fruit, juice, or cereal.
