The room lock was broken, which was the most worrying problem. The geyser, basin, and power plugs were faulty too, and the washroom was a mess. Nobody came to clean or provide room service. The staff were unwelcoming and unprofessional, and even charged for the water bottles they provided. A very disappointing stay. Save your money and peace of mind and avoid this place.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this stay was awful. The rooms and washrooms were dirty and the place was very unhygienic. There was no water in the morning, so I got to the office late. Please don't stay here or you'll regret it.
