I stayed in a number of places after coming from Nigeria to study in Noida, but none matched Royal palace for hospitality. The service was A+, and the team really cared about its guests. The property was well maintained too. I'd tell all my friends visiting Noida to stay here.

A technical glitch meant my room wasn't showing as booked in the system, and even after OYO called several times, the hotel still wouldn't give me a room. I had a small baby with me. That made my time in Noida miserable, and I don't know what arrangement this hotel has with OYO.

Some rooms are decent enough, but the rest are in very poor shape. They don't even have basics like a tea or coffee maker. I had a bad experience here.

The management was great, and the service was awesome. It was a nice, cosy place to stay. I'd love to come back.

The reviews I'd read before coming weren't very good, but for the price, I found the rooms much better than expected.
