Savoy Suites Noida

The suite at Savoy felt much more like a well-planned service apartment than a hotel room. It had a big bedroom, separate bathrooms, plenty of closet space, and a living room with a sofa, work desk, dining area, and kitchen with a microwave and fridge. It genuinely felt like home on a work trip. The entrance made me a little sceptical at first, but the staff were warm and professional. Breakfast was excellent, and in-room dining was top-notch. The big problem was internet access. I had several US calls after 8 PM, but the broadband and Wi-Fi in my room weren’t working properly. The IT person tried to help, but the signal stayed extremely weak. I couldn’t take a single work call and had to tether through my phone. For business guests, that’s a major issue and a real letdown. I usually travel for work and stay at 4-5 star hotels, but during wedding season my admin team booked me at Savoy, and it was a pleasant surprise in most ways. If they fix the internet, it would be a great option for a long or multi-day stay. Reliable Wi-Fi is a basic need when you’re working, and I hope they improve it soon.

At Savoy Suites Noida, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location was convenient too. Staff were courteous, which made the stay really pleasant. I had a fantastic time here, and would recommend it for business or leisure.

I stayed for four nights on a business trip and had a nice stay. It’s one of the good hotels in Noida, and every room is a suite with a proper setup. The hotel’s on the main road, with other food options nearby, and the hotel food was nice too. Salman, Ajay, and Arvind provided good service while I was there. The food was prepared well.

I was picking up a takeaway from the Subway inside the hotel, and the security staff couldn’t agree on where I was allowed to stop. The first guard told me to park at the gate, place the order, and move the car forward once I had the food. I followed those directions. Then a second guard came to the Subway entrance and rudely told me to move. I calmly asked where to go since I’d only need a minute to collect the order. He just said, “Move it ahead.” The entrance area is tiny, with the exit barely 10 meters ahead. When I moved the car forward, a third guard stopped me and said parking wasn’t allowed there. I asked politely where I should go, but he spoke with an attitude and kept saying it was hotel property without offering a solution. I was with my family, so I put up with it. This treatment of guests is unacceptable, and the situation could easily have escalated. If management doesn’t train the security staff properly, someone may eventually “train” them in a way nobody wants. I may visit again, but I won’t tolerate this behavior again. Based on this experience, I highly do NOT recommend the hotel, especially for families. Management urgently needs to train its guards in coordination, communication, and basic guest etiquette.
