Terrene Empire By OYO Rooms

The staff were nice, and we got a lovely handmade anniversary gift along with a basket of goodies. We had a beautiful room with a private balcony, and the live theatre made for a great night out as a couple. The package was a good deal, and the food was great from dinner through breakfast.

The food was very tasty, but the crockery and cutlery weren't clean, and some cups were chipped. Rooms weren't cleaned despite reminders, and the linen only got changed after we asked. The walls were dirty and stained. Staff were affable but untrained and sloppy. Closing the bill at checkout took far too long. The hotel was run extremely unprofessionally.

There were ants in the bed, the toilet was filthy, and the water bottle was open instead of sealed. Hygiene was minus 5 out of 5, and staying at this kind of hotel felt risky. The owner was rude and misbehaved with guests, so staff behavior gets 1 out of 5. I saw too many things that felt wrong, including call girls coming throughout the night. I wouldn't consider this suitable for families or professionals. They charged more than the price listed on OYO, and there's no kitchen or food service, so you have to rely on roadside food. Food gets 0 out of 5, safety 0.5, price 1. Overall, a third-class hotel, 0.1 out of 5.

The outside area was beautiful, and we had a nice time in the hot tub talking with other guests. The room and facilities were great, breakfast was fabulous, and the employees were very nice. I'd definitely come back.
