Townhouse 581 Noida Sector 122

The washroom was extremely filthy and smelled strongly, and they didn't provide any toiletries, which was unexpected. The staff were helpful, and the rooms were clean in a great locality, so the stay was otherwise good and comfortable. Better bathroom hygiene and amenities would make a big difference.

The room wasn't very good, and room service was just okay. They also said the hotel had no kitchen, but when I asked for water they said I had to pay. The bottle was marked 18 rupees and they wanted 30. It's not about the money, it's the illegal way they charge people and fool customers. They say the hotel has no kitchen, and they put 699 down as bar charges in the app to make the total 1449. I booked on 26 oct 2025 through the oyo app, where the amount to pay showed as 750, but at check-in the receptionist demanded another 699. I paid because I didn't want to argue then. He said 750 was only the booking amount. They take advantage because people can't argue when they arrive. Never book here. The hotel is big, yet they said they didn't have a kitchen. Seriously pathetic. To the owner: if you make money this way, one day the hotel will close with huge debt and you'll have to pay it all back at once by destiny. Please stop. Ill-gotten money never prospers.. I say from the heart, one day your business will close. You don't know how hard other people work to earn their money. They may just be coming to spend a good time, that doesn't mean they're rich, and it's not their fault. Please stop this.

Because of an emergency I booked this awful hotel with a non-refundable reservation, but they refused to let me in, saying it was sold out. They didn't cancel the booking on Make My Trip, kept the full amount, and I didn't get a refund. Pathetic. No one should come here with family or a partner.

The second time I stayed here today was a very poor and disappointing experience. They put me on the third floor with the elevator out of order. The room was extremely dirty, and the bathroom was filthy. The bucket and mug were so dirty it felt like the room had been shut for years. I called at least ten times, but they still didn't bring basic things like water, towels, a bucket, or a mug. My first experience was great. The place was very clean and a must-visit.
