The rooms were clean, and everything worked well, including the AC, Geyser, and TV. Staff were supportive and well-mannered. I had a great stay at Modern Stays and look forward to coming back.

The reception guy communicates well and gives good guidance. They serve a very fresh morning breakfast and provide the driver a good room during winter. It's a nice, secure place.

The bathroom exhaust didn't work, and there was just one yellow towel to dry yourself with. The switch boards were fitted upside down too. Need more reasons?

There's a park within walking distance, and the hotel is located inside a society. The room was nice, with modern amenities, and breakfast was included.

2/10
The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Floors were dirty and damaged, mirrors filthy, and the walls cracked. There were lizards and mosquitoes in the rooms, and everything felt neglected. Basic things were missing too: no coffee table, no mugs in the washroom, and no intercom. It's in terrible disrepair, with shockingly poor hygiene. Horrible stay, and I'd strongly advise avoiding it.
