Xact Homes

I've been here for six months, and the location in [Raipur khadar, e.g., Wuhaan] has been a real help, close to both my college and the metro station, so I save a lot of commute time. As a busy CS student, I also rely on the dependable WiFi for late-night coding. The rooms are airy, clean, and spacious, with good beds and study tables. Basic things are covered too, including RO water, a fridge, and gas stoves. Meals are hygienic and affordable.

It's peaceful and secure here, with affordable rent and a friendly manager. The food is good, the rooms are clean, and housekeeping is excellent. A very good PG, highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

The security deposit was never returned, and they didn't tell me about the notice period when I joined. Only when I was leaving did it come up. The manager and warden are frauds, in my experience: they promise lots at first, but living there showed me how dirty and money-minded the PG is. Rats and cockroaches are everywhere, and I even found dead insects in the food. The person who cleans the commode then washes the PG's utensils without bathing, and after cleaning the toilet and commode, touches your things on the table and puts them on your bed while cleaning the table. It's the most unhygienic PG I've seen. The flush also didn't work properly, and I suffered with the stool not flushing for 15 days. They wouldn't let my father enter the PG, even though the warden lives inside with her husband and son. The dirtiest, most fraudulent PG. Be aware of places like this.

I'm staying at Xact Homes Wuhan PG now, and so far it's all good. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Management is very supportive, and the food tastes good too. 😊
