I’ve stayed at Hotel Glanton Manor three times, and each visit has been pleasant. It’s reasonably priced, the service is genuinely impressive, and the staff work hard to make guests comfortable. The location is right at Ooty’s main square in the middle of the market, with easy access to both the Coimbatore and Mysore routes. Bedsheet changes and general hygiene could use improvement, but it’s otherwise a very good and reliable place to stay.

The location worked well for visiting the Botanical and Rose Gardens and the Boat House. My family had a lovely stay, with clean rooms and excellent food and service. We’d recommend it for a comfortable visit.

The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. Staff at Hotel Glanton Manor were welcoming and attentive, and I had a wonderful stay.

The bill came to 22000, which felt like an outrageous charge for food that wasn’t even up to basic standards, and some of it was stale. The ambiance and service may draw you in, but lunch or dinner here really isn’t worth it. I’d avoid eating here.
