The manager and service were polite, and the hotel was clean, but room 203 had a slightly odd, stinky bathroom during our three-day stay. It’s on the outskirts of orccha, about 5 km from the city and 15 km from the highway. The Google location is wrong and sends you to farmland; the hotel is in a protective colony. Most guests seemed like Oyo type customers there for time pass, and I didn’t see a proper family during my two days. Food from a nearby resort can be ordered in advance, but it’s costly. It may work when city rooms are full, though I wouldn’t choose it for a big family. The location can feel unsafe to reach at an adverse time.

The place is about 3 KM from central orchha, but it’s decent and good value for money. Early mornings are amazingly fresh, just wow. Giving it 5 stars.
