I found the place’s atmosphere very poor, and the bedsheets were dirty. The TV screen was broken, and there was no room service. Restaurant service was very poor too. The bathroom was tiny, old-looking, and dirty, with hardly any space to bathe. It was such a bad stay that I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff at Hotel Satpura Safari were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I’d happily return. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

The receptionist was very rude, and the experience was terrible. I never want to stay here again, and I recommend that everyone avoid this hotel.

The room was very dirty, with many cockroaches in the bed, and there was no maintenance. Staff were busy playing mobile games. They only cleaned the room after we checked in, and there were no towels in the bathroom. The service was very, very bad. The bathroom was smaller than a train bathroom.

The rooms are good, but the service is very bad. In winter the geyser never gave hot water. I called reception many times, but got no response.
