The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good, though the buffet could use more variety. There’s a big lawn, a cafe, ample parking, and an open tree house; they can also arrange a bonfire for relaxing. The property is close to the bus stand and many attractions, as shown on the hotel's sign, and has spacious rooms run by MPT in Pachmarhi. With all the greenery and quiet around, it was a good place to get away from city noise and unwind with family or a partner.

There’s a heritage feel to this property, with spacious rooms, very high ceilings, and pleasant green surroundings. The service was good. The food is the main area that could improve, both in taste and variety.

Mr Dinesh ji Sahu personally looked after every guest during our enjoyable stay. The whole staff were polite and caring, especially the chef, who was happy to prepare meals to suit our taste.

We spent one night and two days here, and it made for a memorable Pachmarhi stay. Manager Mr Dinesh sahu ji was especially caring and attentive, and the staff were warm and welcoming. I’d be happy to return.
