Skyview Residency by OYO Rooms

Nice, clean place with really good service and a good price through oyo. The rooms are small for three people, though, and the bed only fits two. It would also be better if there were a water purifier in the room.

Very bad service. I booked and paid online, but when I arrived to check in they demanded extra money. It was late and I had no other option, so I paid, and they didn't give me a receipt. Parking is very limited. Don't leave your car key at reception even if they insist. There was no hot water, TV or drinking water facility. I wouldn't consider this a safe stay for a family.

There isn't much of a view around the hotel, but it works for an overnight stop. It's beside the main road near Padinjaarathara, and the building is new, clean, and well kept, with decent rooms, halls, and washrooms. One thing missing was drinking water facilities.

The location is the only real plus. We had two rooms, and neither was cleaned properly. There was dust and ladies' hair around, the sheets were old and a little stained, the heater didn't work, and the flush had problems too.
