The location made getting to nearby sights and transport easy, and the food had a decent range of good options. I found the rooms comfortable, clean, and well cared for, with housekeeping keeping things in order. Staff were polite and quick to help, and arrival and departure were hassle-free. It’s a beautiful hotel and felt comfortable and affordable. There’s still some room to improve, though, and I’d recommend it to others looking for a pleasant stay.
We picked this prime property for two nights, and the view was lovely. The rooms were spacious, well equipped, and had all the amenities. Fifth season never disappoints, especially with such warm, courteous staff. I came down with a virus and a bad throat after arriving, and they did what they could to help me feel better. Hilal from the front desk checked in, they found medicine late at night, and they served hot kehwa. I remember Javid too, though there were many other kind people whose names I don't recall.
The staff really made the stay, attentive and professional, and seemed to anticipate what we needed. We had a spacious, spotless room where we could have morning coffee and watch the sunrise turn the mountains gold. Hotel fifth season has a rustic, woodsy feel alongside modern luxury. It sits by the market, with wide views across the valley and a rare sense of quiet. Even the air seemed cleaner and fresher. Thanks, everyone.
The staff were good and polite, but the management was zero. There was no water in the toilet, and although they say it’s centrally heated, the heating only runs at certain times. Please avoid this hotel.
Getting up to the property along the winding road is a little challenging, but the quiet seclusion and beautiful setting make it worth the trip. A memorable place for anyone wanting a genuine escape into nature. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
