Hotel Mount View

The view was fantastic, but the Heritage room needed attention. A large radiator vibrated the whole time, the window glass was dirty, and the bed fabric was old. There wasn’t much room to move around either. The staff were just okay. The hotel itself is very nice, though the rooms really need renovating and better interiors.

The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained, with a mountain and river view right outside the window. Waking up to the sound of flowing water and a cool mountain breeze made it especially relaxing. The staff were helpful and friendly, the food tasted good, and the atmosphere was calm and refreshing. A scenic, quiet escape for nature lovers. Highly recommended! 🌄🤍

Mr. Mohammad Yusuf was especially prompt with service and always just a call away. The location has great views and sits by the river, so it feels peaceful, while the market is nearby. I’d definitely recommend it to families 😊😊

The location and the view from the room were the only good parts of this property. The breakfast buffet had very few choices, and I wouldn’t recommend the in-house restaurant to vegetarians. There was no central heating or AC, just a large gas radiator that made strange noises when switched on. The TV was broken, and of the two outlets beneath it, one didn’t work. There were no charging points by the bed. The bed was the worst issue: the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and gave me a terrible backache. The furniture was in poor shape, with broken, unusable cabinets and shelves, and the wooden floor was damaged around the edges. The rooms smelled and were in terrible condition, as if they hadn’t been renovated since the 2000s; the window was very dirty too. In the morning there was no running water, and the central water heater didn’t work at all. You could be left with freezing water in snowy winter. Be wary of the five-star reviews, as most seem manipulative and don’t reflect the property. I hope this helps if you’re considering staying here.
