Hotel Twin Towers By Defoy

We asked for fresh trout, and the staff served it for us. They were prompt and courteous, the rooms felt new and fresh, and the food was excellent. I stayed with my family and we had a pleasant visit. The hotel has a great location with panoramic, peaceful views of nature and the Pahalgam surroundings. A perfect getaway, highly recommended.

The food was excellent, fresh, full of flavor, and well cooked. Breakfast had good options, and service was prompt. My stay was very comfortable, with clean, spacious rooms that were well maintained. Housekeeping kept everything hygienic and organized.

I loved the peaceful mountain views and soothing atmosphere at Hotel Twin Towers by Defoy, Pahalgam. The garden was lovely for kids and families, and the evening bonfire made the stay even cozier. The hotel also had a lift, heating, and 24×7 hot water, which made getting around and staying comfortable easy. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and the staff were friendly, prompt, and excellent throughout. The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor, and the evening hi-tea was delightful. It was a wonderful, memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pahalgam.

The location is the main drawback, since there aren’t any market shops nearby to explore. Still, I’d suggest it to others, 4/5. The rooms are clean and well kept, with the proper accessories available, and the views are awesome. Service was perfect, from room service to the restaurant, and the food tasted very good.
