Wild flower resort is a lovely place for a holiday, with peaceful surroundings and charming mountain views. The food was delicious, and the rooms were neat and clean, each with its own private balcony. A must visit.

What a peaceful spot in Pahalgam, right near the river. The location is the best, and the staff were very good in both their service and how they treated us.

We had a terrible stay, with problems in the room, dining area, and service. The room was dirty on arrival, and the bed, sheets, and pillows had fresh stains and hair left by previous guests. The bathroom was dirty and smelled awful. Although 24/7 room service was advertised, each time we called, we were told it would be dealt with the next day because no employee was available. The drinking water in the dining hall was dirty, the bread was stale, and the toaster didn’t work. The teapot was stained and dirty, too. Hot water was only available for 15 minutes each hour, and only after several calls to the front desk. We ended up bathing in cold water during winter. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Management clearly doesn’t prioritize cleanliness or customer service.

The staff were polite and did their best to make me feel at home.
