I booked through GoIbibo online, and the booking was confirmed. But at check-in, the hotel cancelled it and asked me to book again offline at a higher price. GoIbibo customer care refunded my booking amount and also paid extra compensation for the trouble caused by the hotel denying check-in. Don't book this hotel online, as they may cancel when you arrive and ask for more money to rebook offline.

The toilet was very dirty, there were lots of bugs in the bed, and the staff were rude. I cancelled my stay and booked Hotel Minaxi nearby instead. For families traveling to Pali, Hotel Minaxi is the best hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place for families.

The customer service is terrible. The road in front is completely broken and so narrow there's hardly room to park a car. Also, the hotel has bed bugs, which you may only realize a few days later after carrying them home.

The staff were very good, but the rooms and facilities felt like those in an average low-budget hotel. For the price you pay, though, this is the best in its class.

The hotel was very clean, and it opened on 20/6/2021. The staff were very good and met all your needs. Highly recommend!
