Casa Amarilla

The toilet smelled really bad, and the person at reception didn't know how to handle check-in payments. Business hotels like Boshan in Mapusa charge 700 less and include water bottles, tea bags, and coffee, none of which were provided here. This is my second bad experience with OYO, after Gurugram. I'll try to avoid booking with them in the future. Even one star feels too generous.

The stay itself was good, and the balcony had a nice view. But the plates were oily and hadn't been cleaned properly. Service was slow too: I asked for a glass, and it took half an hour and another reminder to get one. Please improve that. I'd still like to recommend it to my friends.

This is one of the better Oyo homes I've stayed in, with big rooms. It's a little far from the beaches, though, and not in Goa's main area.

The rooms are huge, but the rest of the stay didn't go well. Staff didn't seem to know much, and there was no laundry or even basics like tea bags. Room service still wasn't done properly after I called several times. Even on the second floor, frogs would suddenly show up as unexpected roommates, which seemed tied to unhygienic conditions. Aside from drinking water, there was no emergency help available.
