I keep coming back to Ddhyana Wellness Centre for the calm atmosphere. It feels like a peaceful retreat, with a spiritual feel that helps me slow down as soon as I arrive. The café is a favorite of mine. Its fresh, simple Ayurvedic meals taste like comforting home cooking, without that overly commercial feel. The staff are always polite and professional, and the owners are genuinely friendly, which makes the place feel personal. It’s pet-friendly too. Pets can stay in the garden, whose cozy lawn has enough of a homey feel that you don’t miss having them inside. I return for the food, the people, and the chance to unwind.

The rooms, beds, blankets, and toilets were clean and well kept, and there’s free parking outside. The stay is economical, with simple food at this fully vegetarian hotel. Breakfast means one item with fruit and tea or coffee, not a buffet. The food itself was average. There are plenty of places to visit nearby, so the location is useful. We held an event here for two days, and staff needed repeated reminders to get things done. Still, it may suit people wanting a clean, no-liquor, vegetarian, and non-smoking place.

The restaurant is the highlight for me. The food tastes like it was made at home, and both the quality and portions felt right. I really enjoyed it. The stay was lovely too. It’s a welcoming place with the basics, in a very good location, and also works as a meditation centre. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and quite good for the price. The people around were friendly. I’d gladly come back.

What stood out most on my first stay was the staff. They were incredibly pleasant and courteous. I also liked being able to walk barefoot on the clean wooden floors. The healthful food suited the hotel’s style, and it was high quality without being expensive for a resort. Miramar beach, good restaurants, kala bhawan, and local bars serving Feni Fizz are nearby. I was there from 25th to 28th November and had a good time. I hope to bring friends here, inshallah. Cheers, Ranga.

The food feels like it came from a home kitchen, and it’s tasty, wholesome, and purely vegetarian. Rooms are very clean, service is warm, and the value is great. Panaji’s centre is easy to get around from here, but the hotel sits on a quiet lane. A peaceful, convenient budget stay for solo travellers or families.
