We left after just three hours because we were worried about our safety, and at that point we didn’t care about the money we’d spent. The room gave us plenty of reason to leave: cockroaches were crawling on the bed, the towels smelled, there was no hot water, and the bathroom lights wouldn’t turn on because of what seemed like a loose power connection. Only one tube light worked, the fan didn’t, and the AC had no remote. The entrance door wouldn’t lock, the electrical socket by the key holder was broken and dangerous to touch, and the lift was out of service, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The receptionist or caretaker seemed suspicious, handed over the keys, then ran off like a thief. The room also had a haunting, negative vibe. The booking price was another problem. At check-in they quoted 1800, while Agoda and other booking sites showed 1300. The receptionist then told us to speak with hotel manager J D AZAD. He claimed the sites showed rooms available even though all rooms at the property were booked, but said he’d give us a room for 1500. We accepted despite losing 200 rupees because we wanted pictures at fountainhas, but the room was a disappointment. Don’t be taken in by the affordable price or the clean room photos on booking sites. Everything felt like a scam, from A to Z. The place claims to be fab express paradise in, but has an OYO flagship board. It earns from OYO and FABEXPRESS as well, which I believe is illegal. The five-star reviews are fake. FAB express, please don’t send a copy-paste apology. Find the defects and maintain the property. You know about them, the reviews and ratings say it all.

They’re scammers, so don’t book here. The lift wasn’t working, the rooms weren’t well maintained, and they didn’t even provide water. The staff were rude. They also kept my advance of ₹1000 over a petrol dispute. I’d filled the tank and returned the key before checkout, but they said the petrol tank hadn’t been closed properly, so they kept the money. The hotel is also known as "immaculate inn". Don’t be tempted by the low price offers.

I’ve never had service this bad. The room was full of cockroaches, and they didn’t seem to care. I asked for a water bottle again and again, but nobody brought one. There wasn’t even a phone in the room to call reception.

I’ve never had a more disappointing stay. Moldy, damp walls smelled bad, and the room was crawling with cockroaches, insects, and other things I couldn’t identify. There were bugs in the bed too. Service was atrocious, and the lobby had garbage, moldy mattresses, and pillows lying around.
