This was my third visit, and the service and hospitality have been consistently impressive. I stayed nine days and eight nights, and would choose Ginger Hotel Panjim again on a future trip to Goa. The food was delicious every time, and the team were cheerful, welcoming, polite, and ready to help. Thanks to Simran, Natasha, Pardeep, Nizahu, Abhinav, Vikas, and Sandipan for making the stay memorable with their warm service. My room was spacious, clean, and had the essentials: a mini refrigerator, TV, WiFi, air conditioning, and a kettle for hot water and coffee. The hotel is in a quiet area, close to the Panjim riverside where boat cruises operate. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

The rooms were clean, the ambience was pleasant, and the staff were polite and helpful. Still, the Wi-Fi never worked during my stay. I reported it several times and was told they were working on it, but it wasn’t fixed. Reliable internet matters a lot these days, especially for work. If they resolve this, the stay would be much better.

My wife left her phone behind, and the staff kept it safe for her to collect. Excellent service. The food was good too, and the lobby is beautiful. It’s a well-priced hotel in an accessible location, suited to a quick business stay. The rooms and bathrooms are small, though clean. Maintenance and breakfast could use more attention. If you’re fine with a few compromises, the pricing, location, and service make it worth considering.

Subela and Raushani at reception were particularly helpful when we ran into room problems, and the staff were excellent. We had to change rooms four times in our first 24 hours. The first smelled damp, had marks on the sheets, and a lizard living in it. In the second and fourth, the AC units had electrical issues and kept stopping. Once we finally got a suitable room, the rest of our stay was very good. The free WiFi worked well, and the shower pressure was excellent.

Nilaapu was especially humble and helpful, and Sandeepal was cooperative and gave very good service. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful. They deserve appreciation for sorting out issues within minutes. Kudos to the whole team.
