The room was okay, but the air conditioner barely cooled it, even after we adjusted the temperature. There was no ventilation either. If you're traveling for a trip and want to be comfortable, I'd choose a good hotel. We only plan these trips once in a while, and comfort matters.

The service was good, but the rooms were poorly maintained. They had no fan, little ventilation, and the sheets and pillows were dirty.

Parag at the front office was a decent, helpful, and really great guy. The staff were very good overall. It's right in the heart of the city, with shops within walking distance, and feels safe for families, friends, or solo guests.

I've never stayed in a worse hotel. There were cockroaches, and the room, towels, and blankets were covered in stains. The place was very badly maintained.

I'm planning to book this place again on my next visit.
