Had a really good experience at Sinq Edge back in 2018. Thank you, Mr aadi, for the Gujarati khir. I felt very well looked after.

The venue, its stunning views and lively atmosphere had everyone talking, and everyone had a wonderful time at my son's birthday party. Martin, thank you so much for making it special. Your team was brilliant, from the kitchen to the food and beverage service. Everything ran smoothly, the pizzas were a hit, and all the food was amazing. I really appreciate everything you did.

We left with great memories and plenty of stories from the cultural experience. The hotel facilities and room service were exceptional, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The bar staff at the rooftop lounge were especially hospitable.

I waited about three hours at reception for the senior receptionist to arrive, since I'd already paid. We had booked the room a day in advance and clearly asked for an early morning check-in. When we arrived, I told the morning shift receptionist the same thing, but he just said to wait until 12:00pm for the room. He wouldn't discuss it with the person who booked our room, or give me that person's contact number when I asked. It felt like the customer was being neglected after paying. The room also wasn't worth the money, and the food was below average. This was my worst experience in Panaji. I gave one star only because of the morning receptionist's behaviour.
