The location is really offbeat and refreshing, with amazing views, and the property is well maintained. The staff are friendly, though a little unorganised. Food was okay, and the restaurant is usable. Network barely exists and wifi is weak in most areas. One night there was no electricity for the whole night after an evening storm, because the generator didn’t last. That’s why I took off one star.

The farm area was lovely to walk around, and we enjoyed the pool too. Everything we ate was fresh and tasty, especially the breakfast, though the menu is entirely vegetarian. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the one with a bathtub was a treat. You can catch the sunrise from the window. With green hills and valley views all around, it was a very relaxing break from the city. The resort is a little remote, so plan your travel and essentials ahead. A calm spot for families and nature lovers.

We chose Nirvana Resort, Mahabaleshwar after seeing Instagram reels and spent 2 nights and 3 days there with 11 adults and 2 children. The surroundings are beautiful, with activities, a pool, a kids' play area, and a restaurant with scenic views. The grounds were clean and well kept, and it seems suited to both shorter and longer family stays. Our five rooms were a big cottage, two tent rooms, and two Jodhpur-style rooms. They were cozy, with good beds. Three had flush problems and two had geyser issues. Staff fixed these within an hour when we reported them, but the problems came back later. After the first day, the towels weren't replaced when we asked for housekeeping, and the cottage wasn't dusted properly. We were due to check in at 1:00 PM, but the team gave us rooms earlier when we requested it. There wasn't a grand welcome or welcome drink, so don't expect one. The staff were friendly and polite throughout, listened patiently, and tried to help. We didn't encounter the rudeness mentioned in some reviews. They did seem overloaded, especially in the kitchen, and I think the owner could add more staff. They still put in a real effort, and I appreciated that. Breakfast was included, simple, and enjoyed by everyone. For lunch and dinner, the à la carte meals were much better than the buffet. The buffet cost about ₹8000, with cold rotis and over-soaked gulab jamun; à la carte was about ₹3700 and worth it. The veg pulao was especially good. The resort serves only vegetarian food. Thanks as well for arranging the cabs. Rahul Parte provided excellent service, and Karan's ride was a fun roller-coaster-like experience we'll remember. We had a peaceful family getaway close to nature, with tasty food and supportive staff.

It felt warm and peaceful here, a nice place to unwind. The kitchen was very clean, and the meals were fresh, delicious, and carefully prepared. Staff were polite, attentive, and quick to help, which made the stay comfortable. I had a delightful time and would gladly recommend the hotel.
